The materials contained on Daily Path Academy website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Daily Path Academy’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

5. Termination.

By purchasing from this Site, you agree that Daily Path Academy may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement at any time, and limit, suspend, or terminate Client’s participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Client becomes disruptive to Company or Participants, Client fails to follow the Program guidelines, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of the other participants in the Program or upon violation of the terms as determined by Company. The client may also cancel by providing a 30-day email notice to [email protected]. Any payments that are due prior to the last day of your 30-day notice is to be paid to Daily Path Academy LLC.

6. Refund Policy.

All payments are final and non-refundable. 

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Daily Path Academy’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Daily Path Academy does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Daily Path Academy may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Daily Path Academy does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

8. Links

Daily Path Academy has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Daily Path Academy of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

9. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Daily Path Academy may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Daily Path Academy’s website shall be governed by the laws of Daily Path Academy Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
